Notes: With a 2pp. autograph letter from Eric Gill, dated 2nd October 1929 on Pigotts headed paper, to Ernest Ingham of the Fanfare Press - sending the manuscript of this work (not present), and asking him to 'please put printing in hand as soon as possible'; an 8-line post-scriptum clarifies the formatting for printing dictated by the manuscript.
