Notes: A typed slip laid in, presumably by van Geire, exhorts the recipient of this copy to 'make propaganda for the review and try to sell as many exemplaires as is possible!'. Miller's contributions are 'My Life as an Echo', 'Preface for "Ashikari and the story Shunkin"', and '"Stand still like the hummingbird"'; other accounts of the man and his work come from Robert Fink and Walter Lowenfels.
