Notes: The author's own copy of his second volume of memoirs, recounting his journey from Gloucestershire to London, and thence to Spain. Though without mark of ownership, there is on the flyleaf an original sketch by Eduardo Paolozzi of a cityscape in blue ink, inscribed at the foot 'FOR LAURIE, Eduardo Paolozzi, July 9th, 1974'. The verso of the same has a (rather less accomplished) pencil sketch of 'The Cat Stefan', signed 'N Flynn[?]'.
