Publisher's Synopsis
There are 36 unique Customer Segments that populate San Antonio in 13 different Target Markets. Read through each one, and use your highlighter to indicate where there may be a match between what you offer and your value propositions with something in a Customer Segment profile. Highlight every match you find within the Customer Segment. This is a bit tedious, but well worth the time and effort. Address each one in order until you are finished the last page. Now, go back to the beginning of the Customer Segments and look through each of them to indicate the ones you have more highlighted areas than others. Of these, choose 3-5 of your best matches.
