FIRST EDITION, frontispiece and further plate by Curtiss (images of Ganesh and Krishna), a couple of faint spots to half-title, pp. xi, 244, crown 8vo, original pink cloth, border stamped in black to upper board, the backstrip lettering in same, some faint discolouration to cloth, edges lightly spotted, dustjacket with a design by Lionel Curtiss, a little darkened to backstrip panel and borders, light chipping to corners, the backstrip panel with a tiny scrape and a little nicked at ends, very good
