After baking for over a decade and closing in on a decade of bakery ownership, I set out to write a personal baking book for those my community who have helped my wife and I grow our small business into such a success. Taking the time to share how I began baking, how our business started, share favorite recipes and stories, and to enable those around us an insight into the bakery.
