Spiritual foundations for health are important because it is my belief that if one alters from God's plan then the unity or harmony of the laws of life are broken. Disease and sickness may be invited into the body by disregard of God's plan. Naturopaths do not use drugs or surgery to heal the body. Naturopaths believe in the prevention of sicknesses and illnesses through proper nutrition, rest, mental stability, natural stimulation and being toxin free. These all integrate into the wholeness of man.
God's plan or the laws of nature are:
- Godly trust
- exercise
- nutrition
- sunlight
- temperance
- rest.
