Notes: A decorative tour-de-force, and arguably the finest example of Morris' calligraphic work, employing the not inconsiderable talents of the Morris workshop (Edward Burne-Jones, Fairfax Murray, George Wardle etc.) to create, in 1870, the perfect gift for Georgiana Burne-Jones.
