A beautifully produced bibliography worthy of the variety and quality of the press' editions over 44 years. '...I have a special admiration for Simon's presswork. He gets clean impressions into often quite rough papers with just the right amount of ink, so the image is sharp but there is some texture too. A Christmas card from 2001 is a good example: a small folio card on 200 gsm Arches vlin with a large block by Gertrude Hermes, a master-class in how to bring out the delicate detail while keeping the solid blacks black.
