This is the second volume of the first published work which was titled 'Yoruba Philosophical Ways of Reasoning (An Introduction). In this volume, other stages in the development of Yoruba intellectual culture are identified to show how the misconceptions and inconsistencies in the presentation of Yoruba philosophical ideas were brought about. The different philosophical orientations existing among Yoruba people are also revealed with the sole aim of establishing the fact that most of the ideas expressed by the Yoruba have their origin from the philosophical views of different individuals from different stages in Yoruba history. Readers can also read the first volume of this book to know the background to the study of this new volume and for a better understanding of the foundation of what are now being considered as realities in Yoruba culture.
