The aim of this book is to eradicate the human suffering from the stress & strain of the modern life, keep the human healthy and cure many diseases in a natural way. Although yoga has a broader aim, I am restricting myself to only health and bliss in this book. It explains in detail the theory of yoga, secret of the life force, Nadis and chakras, which are responsible to maintain our health and cure the diseases. The Yoga concerning only for health is not sufficient. Persons practicing only asana, pranayama and exercises may be healthy, but may not be happy in life, because something important is missing in their practice. You may confirm this fact from most of the healthy persons. What is that, which is missing even if we have good health? Why a person needs suicide if he is healthy, since health is not everything in life. It is the bliss or Ananda we must get by communing with God. People are tired of modern allopathic medicines and treatments. No allopathic medicine is free from the harmful side effects and gives permanent cure. Generally, these do not cure the diseases, but simply control the symptoms of diseases. First the people suffer from the unknown harmful effects of medicines and then the researchers are able to detect the incurable harm done. Researchers are experimenting, analyzing statistical data, going on discarding the old medicines and evolving the new ones to extract more money, by claiming the new one are free from harmful defects. But later we realize that we have been cheated and be-fooled, but the harm to our health by new medicine remains irreversible. But if we simply practice yoga to maintain our health, it is absolutely free, simple, and free from any harmful side effects and the cure is permanent. It gives us inner bliss without spending any money. The hidden omnipresent life-force plays the greatest role in maintaining our good health. Alas! the allopathic medicine system has still not recognized the importance this energy. Recently discovered Dark-matter and Dark-Energies are Omni-present throughout the universe. Universe has come out of these. Dark=Energies are nothing but Life-forces are various prana working in all living and non-living beings. The lack of life-force in the body is the cause of various diseases. If we re-charge our body prana, we can cure various disease. Kirlian Photography has also proved the existence of life-prana many years back. Indians are using daily various herbs in the form of spices which keeps them healthy inspite of the fact that they suffer from malnutrition.
