Publisher's Synopsis
1930s horror starring Bela Lugosi as zombie master 'Murder' Legendre. When engaged couple Madeline Short (Madge Bellamy) and Neil Parker (John Harron) arrive in Haiti to get married, plantation owner Charles Beaumont (Robert Frazer) falls for Madeline and seeks Legendre's assistance in getting her. Legendre convinces Charles that he must turn Madeline into a zombie in order to help him. Neil soon realises Madeline is missing and comes looking for her, but is he too late to save his bride?
