You can concoct so many warm salads for your loved ones. You could make a different one every day of the years. In this cookbook, we will not be able to give you 365 recipes for the 365 days throughout the year, but we will present you 25 delicious and simple recipes to make at home.
What does a warm salad mean exactly? For the purpose of this recipe book, we either mean that the toppings on the bed of greens are warm-up or cooked prior to being assembled. It can also mean the whole recipe is a warm dish and we consider it a salad, such as a pasta salad dish or other versions of salads we will unveil in this wonderful book. As always, we will be considerate in choosing fresh, healthy ingredients. We encourage you also, of course, to change or add a creative vibe to any recipe you wish to modify. Do you not like red bell peppers? No worries, you can most likely replace them with another colored bell pepper or even other vegetables compatible in the concerned dish. We will suggest some vinaigrettes, sauces, dressing, and we are aware you have your very favorites when it comes to salad dressings. In that case, use your favorite favorites if you prefer. However, remember not to avoid tasting new suggestions, because how would you know if you like them or not until you actually taste it! This is what I teach little ones and grown-ups. Let us figure out together how many versions of these 25 recipes you can make. I bet you can multiply the recipes into at least 50 and more recipes overnight just by changing a few ingredients in each. We love playing with colors, flavors, and presentation. We hope you do too!
