Guerrero is a state of diversity represented by 7 regions with different customs and traditions. The northern region or zone has a mostly warm climate where a variety of products are harvested that exemplify the richness of Guerrero's food. The intention of this book is to provide a healthy guide with a variety of products that can be found within the region to support the preparation of food without affecting its nutritional contribution.
