But he also urges you to connect to a bigger goal to remind you of why you're doing all this in the first place. By having crystal clear clarity about 'what' and 'why' it's important to you and ultimately what will having it do for you, connecting with that each day and deciding upon your inspired actions based on your higher goals keeps you focused and in your lane - not someone else's. Add to that a basic check-in with your body, to create stability and energy so making erratic food choices can become a thing of the past, it feels like miracles are happening all around you.
