Asha Mae has always wanted to see the world and make a name for herself. Fresh out of Adventuring Academy, she's ready to begin her first trainee mission. However, it quickly goes awry, and she's thrown from her world into one trapped in an eternal night.
There she's found by the Village of Lights, one of the last civilizations of a dying world, devoted to the goddess of light, Lucx. Asha makes quick friends with the eccentrically-dressed but friendly Glowworm and the mysterious masked baker Kyra. It's cold and dark, but the people are friendly and the fires warm However, Asha discovers the village harbors a dark secret. The previous priestess not only went missing, but no one even remembers she existed in the first place. As Asha unearths secrets, she needs to figure out who she can trust. Will she bring back the light, or doom the village to darkness?
