Publisher's Synopsis
This tongue-in-cheek ABC book is intended to help insomniacs get to sleep. It's not quite a typical ABC book because it gives dozens of words for each letter of the alphabet, not just one or two. And the most important aspect of the collection is that it is immensely boring! There's nothing here to raise your blood pressure, set you to thinking, remind you of past/present/future troubles, or otherwise keep you from blissful slumber. And if the alphabetized boredom alone doesn't do the trick, maybe the encouragement from a wide range of Shakespeare's characters will. The quotations address sleep in many ways, all encouraging you that direction, leading you to dreamland. At least that's the idea! And if nothing else, the concept itself is worth a laugh!
