Have you ever had a dream of going on an incredible vacation? Maybe this dream vacation was so unreal, so incredible that you never wanted it to end or even wake up from. Well the inspiration of this story was exactly that. When he was only 7 years old his parents said to him and his little brother "pack up boys we are going on a road trip" and rest is history as they say. This dream vacation was the building blocks of a special story that inspired a special boy to become an author of a book. The name is Joshua Jene Merced and he was born in sunny south Florida. He lives with his mother and father and a funny and loveable boy named Jacob Lucas Merced his younger brother. Joshua is an A student at Saint Marks Catholic School and has recently completed his black belt degree in mixed martial arts. His diversity does not end there he is also in the schools musical band. He plays the baritone which is a French horn instrument and plays it well. We hope you all enjoy this fun an exciting story and that it inspires others to reach for the stars.
