Publisher's Synopsis
Kepler, a look-alike Earth Planet, is doomed for extinction due to its dying sun. Government officials are at odds with one another as to the viability of approaching Earth's hierarchy for immigration assistance. A revel faction splinters from the Government and takes action in its own hands.
