Somehow hidden from the world only in the last few years have the world started discovering the amazing Dominican food.It is not all inclusive and it could not possibly be. The objective is to bring some light to those trying to discover Dominican cooking and to those Dominicans in search of their own roots. It is a project and as such, bound to evolve, grow and improve.
