The citizens of Armor City had given up hope. Crime, drugs, violence, and corruption from the highest levels of government all the way down had sank its teeth into the heart of the once great city. Then one man rose up to meet violence with violence.His name was Thomas Hunt. He would become known simply as the Vigilante. He is the second archer of the prophecy.
