God decides that Rachel Cohen from Israel and Fatima Ahmed from Indonesia should join forces with Penn State student, Jeff Fitzpatrick, as the three begin their second year of college. Although Jeff's experiences last year helped him grow and mature, huge challenges await them. The struggle between good and evil intensifies since the head of the angels who revolted against God decides to join his angels on earth. He takes on a human form and begins developing his master plan to destroy all three prophets.
Because of their gifts, Jeff again works with the FBI and Rachel and Fatima join the CIA as special student agents. They use their gifts as a force for good in the world, as they help both agencies solve or prevent crime throughout the world.
God is well aware of the dangers facing the prophets and provides support to aid them. He already assigned two archangels, Raphael and Michael, to protect Jeff and they took on human forms. He now assigns two new archangels to protect Rachel and Fatima and these sprits also take on human forms. Jeff also finds love. Together his girlfriend and his new aunt on campus provide additional support and make Jeff's job easier as he tries to share his knowledge with Rachel and Fatima about their emerging spiritual calling.
