The fourth and final part of the series covers the chamber music, piano music and organ music of the collection, more than 40,000 pages of autographs and copies. It contains all genres of chamber music, from solo pieces to sextets. These include newly discovered gems such as a flute quartet in G major by Johann Joachim Quantz, a previously unknown flute sonata in G major by Antonio Vivaldi, several capriccios for solo violin by Franz Benda, and the only known copy of "Giardino Armonico" by Johannes Schenck, printed in Amsterdam in 1692. Worthy of special note among the collection of piano and organ music are the toccatas, suites and laments for harpsichord by Johann Jacob Froberger, six harpsichord sonatas by Bach's pupil, Johann Ludwig Krebs as well as the autograph of a violin sonata in E flat major and some autographs of character pieces for harpsichord by Carl Friedrich Fasch, the founder of the Sing-Akademie.
