The Eleventh and Twelfth Steps suggest a continuing spiritual life of growth and action for people in recovery encouraging them to pray and to meditate. Long-term recovery requires a spiritual awakening based on an acquired set of spiritual principles, guiding them in their daily conduct. The dilemma for many people is, while they may have become adept at recovery and living the Twelve Steps, they receive little or no guidance in the management of their spiritual lives. The purpose of this book is to provide a set of spiritual exercises.
