Publisher's Synopsis
This is a book originally written on yellow legal pad by an 8 year old girl upon contemplating the causes of the recent death of her paternal grandmother. Her grandmother died from cardiomyopathy mostly due to years of smoking and wrong drugs that were prescribed for other conditions. Her mother found it during a household reorganizing session and felt it was worthy of publication due to the sheer emotional projection in the writing and in the primitive "no-smoking" icons she drew on nearly every page. Her Uncle Henry also died when she was 12 from the effects of years of smoking. Her writing in its childish simplicity is a poignant reflection of the intensity of the grief she was trying to express in her attempt to write a book about it.
