Publisher's Synopsis

'The Fangs of Death' is the third book in the 'Sebastian the Teddy-Bear' children's adventure fantasy series. Sebastian and his friends are called to London to solve the riddle of a mysterious murder spree affecting the London animagi community. Hampered by dreadful floods that make moving about in the city very difficult, Sebastian, Hexybilla, Teddy and Ugah, as well as Sebastian's human host Erik and his dad Godfrey, befriend the unfortunate 12-year-old boy Keith Skullane whom they help to escape from his dangerous drug-addicted and alcoholic parents. Seeking shelter from the floods in kind and motherly Margaret Glamorgan's suburban house, they gradually uncover what is happening to the animagi in the neighbourhood who are killed by a vicious murderer. With the help of Ted Teddington, Margaret Glamorgan's animago and head of the London Animagi Council, they seek insights from scrolls, parchments and books held in the dangerously flooded London Animagi Archives. After painstaking research that takes them into the deepest recesses of the archives, they discover the secret behind the London killings, and embark on a dangerous adventure to seek out the murderer that takes them to a dark place where evil monsters and the 'Fangs of Death' lurk. Can Sebastian and his friends defeat the evil being that is behind the dreadful decapitations of animagi, or will the relentless floods prevent them from finding justice and solving the riddle of the London murders? Will good prevail over evil, or will the dark side of animagi society, that seems to raise its ugly head with each of Sebastian's adventures, finally prevail?
