Publisher's Synopsis
Thriller starring Edward G. Robinson as a rural farmer with a hidden secret. Pete (Robinson) and Ellen (Judith Anderson) have raised Meg (Allene Roberts) as their own since her parents abandoned her. When she brings her friend Nath (Lon McCallister) home to help with the chores and they begin exploring the local woods, Pete's mood changes and he warns them to stay away from the red house situated there. Needless to say, the intrepid pair don't heed his advice.
