Dani McCarty is a fifteen-year-old fighting against the move to an old building that is decrypted and disgusting, she ready to make a U-turn back to her regular old life. The dead spirit of Lieutenant William Raleigh, Army 2n Ground Regiment, under Lee Grant, himself, who resides in a lovely closet wants nothing less than to see the back side of the mouthing obnoxious girl child. Frankly, Dani believes the building is haunted and all she wants to do is go home, back to her friends and her father. Why can't she go? Her mother is gun-ho about remodeling the building into a Bed and Breakfast and for Dani to help her mother and Max, Dani's brother's in assisting the spirits residing in the home to follow the light to heaven.
