Publisher's Synopsis

I have written this book in an effort to tell at least part of the life story of a man known to some as Lee Reynolds. This author is extremely proud not only to have known this man but to have had the honor of calling him friend. Along with the honor of knowing him, goes the consequences of knowing him too well. The least of the consequences of knowing him that well are that of sharing the pain and the personal struggle he experienced with his emotions. The most difficult consequence is in having been so instrumental and personally involved in helping him master the one place that allowed him to continue his life as a sane, happy and loving man. That place is now and forever herein known as the Quiet Shroud. Lee became involved with an organization who used people in all walks of life to do work as body guards for the most part but that was basically a front for an Agency that was for hire to individuals as well as the United States Government. One commonality, no matter the customer, was completely consistent, "It Never Happened." Make no mistake, it happened; it just didn't happen there or that way. He grew up in a country farmland setting and, although he didn't consider himself to be a people person, he would stand up for and protect the underdog from vicious wrongs of would be evil doers. In this volume of the two part series of the Quiet Shroud, you see Lee evolve from a relatively quiet construction worker to a protector of good honest people and a killer of those who would intend to bring them harm if need be to achieve his goals. He also learns that the dreams he has in which he is talking to the Angels might just be a little more than just dreams. He always knew how much he believed in Angels but he had no idea how much the Angels believed in him.
