This is a collection of 34 papers (12 in English and 22 in Turkish) delivered at the Fifth International Congress on Cyprus Studies (held on 14-15 April 2005 by the Center for Cyprus Studies at Eastern Mediterranean University) in two volumes. Volume I consists of 20 papers related to political issues, economy, history, art, literature and education. Volume II accommodates 14 papers an architecture, archaeology and environment, folklore, and sociological matters.
