Publisher's Synopsis
When a murder is committed on a San Francisco military base, detective Jay Austin (Mark Harmon) finds that he must team up with his old enemy Lt. Col. Caldwell (Sean Connery) in order to investigate. Caldwell's daughter (Meg Ryan) enjoys the antagonism between the two and causes trouble by flirting with Austin. But all personal tensions must be put aside when the two cops realise the killing was part of a larger conspiracy.
