Publisher's Synopsis
In the sixteenth century a boy orphaned by pirates in the Bengalla jungles adopts the identity of the Phantom, an unkillable foe of evil. His modern descendant is Kit Williams (Billy Zane), who must prevent the evil tycoon Xander Drax (Treat Williams) from getting his hands on the legendary skulls of Touganda. The combined power would make Drax indestructible, and not even the Phantom could stand against him.
