The same Person and Character Level Life Coaching and Mentoring model is utilized, emphasizing a present focus and positive outcomes: character strengthening, improved quality of relating, and the effective use of actions in practical situations - with the naturally resulting improvements to coping and resilience. Though having non-clinical goals and interventions, accepted practice procedures are incorporated to provide a method for intentionally and effectively encouraging others through the process of change.
