Rick's love of music will have you humming the tunes of Eckstine, Lee Morgan, Coleman "Hawk" Hawkins, Kool and the Gang, Four Seasons, and James Brown as his investigation takes him into the shanty town of Olongapo City - "PO Town" - a City that sprang up outside the U.S. Naval Base to service the millions of Sailors and Marines that transitioned through P.I. "PO Town" is filled with sex, drugs, crime, pedophilia and thousands of G.I.'s.
