This is not a WAR, it is "SANGHARSHA for Justice" adopting Path of Peace, Path of Law, Path of Ahimsa i.e. Non-Violence. A stage has come to go further into this "SANGHARSHA for Justice" as Justice not delivered, even after TRUTH analysed.
This book contains a Mercy Petition for Hon'ble Shri S. S. Khurana, Ex. Chairman of Railway Board, Indian Railways. This is due to various offences which he made during the analysis of this case. Fought in cowardice way from last so many years. Negligence of official duty to protect his head i.e. President of India as he was working on behalf of President of India. President of India got a "Unique Chargesheet", first time in the history of India. Behaving in a manner unbecoming the position and the character of the Chairman of Indian Railways. Violation of OATH of Chairman of Indian Railways. Performed Anti-National Act by un-professional analysis of this case which leads to criminal acts in the end, and not prevented which is nothing but supporting criminal acts. Being a part and parcel in unprofessional analysis of this case, he forget to provide Food, Shelter & Cloth to the Ex. Army man (TA). 23 years is not a short duration of time and in this time period, neither he came with analysis report nor do he produce the justice which is nothing but biggest pitfall. Destroying official records of one army man systematically which is nothing but manipulation of files in the offices. They go through the records of one commissioned officer. Found that all communications were by Additional Directorate General of Territorial Army. They removed "Additional" and created new post of Director General so that previous communication can be discarded. Informed to President of India by letter dated 17 Mar 2021 (22 Page letter) having subject line "Do Not Wash Your Hands Like This Mr. President of India". Copy of this letter sent to International Court of Justice and United Nations Human Rights Commission. Practising, propagating criminal forces in India i.e. Black Magic Act and calling such invisible power as "MOTHER", which is nothing but the disrespect to the MOTHER i.e. disrespect to the millions of woman in India, which is against the character of a person working for the President of India. Mobilising caste and community in this "SANGHARSHA for Justice" of Shri Jayant Pardikar. Destroying Preamble of Constitution of India which mentions justice which is also the ultimate responsibility of Presidential Machinery when involved in an un-professional analysis of this case. Hon'ble Shri S. S. Khurana must be declare as "Destroyer of Constitution of India". Disrespect to women by playing such un-human games as how office problems can be solved by sex with a woman (other than legally wedded wife). And finally do not laugh after reading the TRUTH that what charges on me.Charges on me that I killed his "MOTHER" in her night sleep bad dream...... That too in year 2008.
