Publisher's Synopsis
Kulfa is a Sara-Kaba language of the Sara-Bagirmi subfamily of the Central-Sudanic branch of Nilo-Saharan. It is spoken by less than 10,000 persons, principally in the canton of Alako, east of Kyabe. This lexicon contains over 1100 words, 1150 sample sentences, and 75 idiomatic expressions. The data was gathered in N'djamena during the summer of 2014 working principally with Nanga Jean Tadio, and in summer of 2015 working principally with Ndoko Masa Singa.
