On 8th December 1980, Beatle John Lennon was shot dead by crazed fan Mark Chapman in New York City. 35 years later, this documentary looks at Chapman's reasons for his actions, using reconstructions and real tapes of Chapman's voice as well as interviews with police and psychiatrists to analyse what went on in his mind on that fateful day.
