Dividing fruits and vegetables by color provides an easy way to incorporate nutrient needs and health benefits into our diet. You should aim to consume one of each of the 5 colors every day.
This book also serves as a guide to children. Within the second half of the book, you'll find a story you can read to your children: one that invites them into the world of choosing food through color.
