Any real athlete or trainer will acknowledge that their diet is as much of a determinant of their good health as their exercise regime. (Note of clarification: 'diet' as in what they eat each day, not "dieting.") In business life, we can push harder and harder each day to increase income; but profits are a function of costs. It doesn't matter how much income we make, if our costs are too high....we still lose. We understand this math, but often ignore it in our lives. Are those models we see in ads really healthy? How much weight is too much weight, and what is a healthy body weight?
