Publisher's Synopsis

In a time when honest news can only be heard from comedy hosts, is it any wonder that BillyBob and Myrtle, two aging hippies from the sixties team up with the modern day Paul Revere, Frank Delucchi. Inhabiting both wealth and a conscience, Delucchi Lives in a McMansion RV transmitting the real news from a small briefcase at three thousand feet in a red ultralight. He leaves our couple with a broadcast unit, a taste for flying and the ultralight. While focusing their pirate signal over Las Vegas, BillyBob and Myrtle barely survive a crash into a hotel swimming pool, dodge the police as they flee, then turn themselves in to the small town Sheriff Perkins of Whiskey Flat, California. Hot on the trail of those renegade roadcasters, Homeland Security leaps at a chance to catch Delucchi by leaning on our two befuddled hippies only to discover that Sheriff Perkins and his entire county is serious about their pledge "to serve and protect" their inhabitants from all danger, especially an overly oppressive government. A classic David and Goliath struggle ensues where sleight of hand and intellect saves the day instead of brute force.
