Set in Glasgow in 1982, Paddy Meehan (Jayd Johnson), is a staffer at the Glasgow Daily News with designs on becoming an investigative journalist. Drawn to the story of the gruesome murder of a young toddler, Paddy is shocked when she discovers that her ten-year-old cousin has been implicated in the crime, leaving her torn between her family and her professional career. Determined to uncover the truth, Paddy may well be moving out of her depth as her investigations bring her ever closer to the identity of the killer.
