Jenoer Takeshi is a cop in D.C. He has a special chemical injected into him after he is betrayed during an assignment. It is supposed to make him heal faster from the operation but instead, it does strange things to him.
Soon, he finds himself hunted by his best friend and taken to a foreign country where his life changes forever.
