Although we did our best to sample as many Khmer desserts as we could, which we largely got from street vendors, Cambodia does not have a very robust dessert or snack culture. Here is only a small sample of the desserts that you might find in Cambodia. Cambodia's numerous puddings and sweet desserts are laden with palm sugar, drowned in condensed milk, smothered in coconut cream, and served with copious amounts of seasonal fruits in order to appease the country's sweet craving. Delicious.
