Throughout the book topics of great interest are addressed for the present and future life of each person and that, notwithstanding their importance and significance, are not taught in the core academic areas. The traditional approach to health needs to be transformed into self-care and preventive practices, with significantly lower costs for everyone: the state, businesses and individuals; but also with the great benefits enjoyed by that who has a much more full and healthy life, those around him and society as a whole. Taking the reins and control of one's life is a personal decision. To help and guide the reader to achieve this great goal is the sincere wish of the author.
