All of American history is the result of many seemingly unrelated events that began as thoughts of a few inhabitants of land owned by British Rulers and some of the supporters of the Crown that had been granted land in America for development.Great Britain controlled portions of what would become known as America and Australia as well as a vast number of other territories known as the British Empire. The development of America in the Sixteenth Century was for the most part simple and self-serving. The rich land owners wanted their land developed for profit. To accomplish their desires cheap labor was the most vital element.
