Living in a remote Australian fishing town, Rob (Robert Taylor) and Jess (Lisa Chappell) have been trying for a baby for three years. When a young stranger, Evan (Sam Parsonson), begins to take more than a passing interest in her, Jess, desperate to conceive, sleeps with him after a drunken night out. Her regret soon turns to horror, however, as Evan, discovering Jess's pregnancy, begins a campaign of terror aimed at proving his paternity and winning the hand of the woman he wants as his own.
