In the third installment of the American Messiah Trilogy, the Messiah is assassinated. He leaves behind fraternal twins. They both inherits remarkable gifts. Monrovia follows in her father's foots by becoming an initiate in the School of Mysteries. Micah, her brother, seeks refuge in the mountains.
