Publisher's Synopsis

A double bill of comedies. In 'The Change-up' (2011), Jason Bateman and Ryan Reynolds star as two friends who swap bodies. Old friends Dave (Bateman) and Mitch (Reynolds) have wildly differing lifestyles, lawyer Dave is a family man, married to Jamie (Leslie Mann) with three kids, while eternal batchelor Mitch is happy to try and bed every woman he sees. While out on a rare drinking night together, the two friends, much the worse for wear, confess their admiration for each other's lives while standing in front of a magical fountain. The next morning, however, the pair are shocked when they wake to discover that they have swapped bodies. Initially intrigued by the novelty of their situation, it doesn't take long for Dave and Mitch to hanker after their old lives when events start to spiral out of control. In 'Jack and Jill' (2011), Adam Sandler stars as a pair of twins whose annual Thanksgiving get together never fails to cause havoc. Jack Sadelstein (Sandler) appears to have everything a man could desire. A high-powered advertising executive, his successful career is augmented by a happy life at home with his wife, Erin (Katie Holmes), and their children. The one strain on Jack's happiness is his relationship with his twin sister, Jill (also Sandler), whose disconcerting combination of clinginess and passive-aggression almost always causes trouble when they meet. When Jill arrives for Thanksgiving things seem bad enough, but when she mentions that she doesn't plan on leaving the sibling warfare threatens to reach unprecedented levels. The film also features guest cameos from Al Pacino and Johnny Depp.
