The cases pertaining to this section focus on a wide range of challenges faced by organizations in aligning internal stakeholder exceptions to the business objectives, new-age talent acquisition and retention policies that brings in new people to manage different functions, and emphasizing to create an organizational culture that promotes a conducive work environment.
