[1972,] pp. 87 + [92, facsimile notebook], oblong 8vo (the notebook diminutive), original stiff white wrappers (the text-volume), beige cloth (facsimile notebook), the latter within compartment of green cloth dropback box together with text-volume, this with printed label to lid, slight cracking to surface paper along joint, some light soiling and a band of adhesive residue to edge, very good
